Ok, so I missed a couple of blog posts the last couple of days. I have been brushing up on my xml skills in Flash. Dynamic sites are the wa of the future heck they are the way of the present, ok so success well sorta. Today was a huge day for me, my internet income earned over R1300-00 (Half of it passive the other half not so passive) for me today, thats a 3rd of a minimum wage paycheck in SA. (maybe a little more) But anyway this all in one day. To top off my joyful morning I had, I walk outside and BAM it’s snowing! The first time in 25 years in Johannesburg… Man it’s awesome!
So in any case I had a wonderful day, I will probably still be scares for another day or two since I am dedicating all my time into finishing up my latest website project (already 3 days over the time I wanted to finish it ) So non stop until it’s done…
This photo was taken at the “Die Taal Monument” which would translate into “The Language Monument” Located in Paarl in Cape Town. The monument itself is quite awesome, the view was breath taking. I took about a hundred photos there and well its amazing!
Ok so I created some more art, well actually its just been collecting dust on my HD. I still wanted to do some changes softens and blends but never got around to it and I want to post it up since I thought you guys might enjoy it.

I decided to get away from it all, just for a little while. You can’t get rid of me that easily, in fact if you could you would miss out on the email system i developed in flash which all my news letter subsribers are getting at the end of the month. Yip that’s right folks, the goodies are starting to roll in. More on that at a later date, heck more about that in the newsletter. So if your not in your not going to know.
So JMRPub sent me a really interesting email from a awesome site, that we have started to frequent. Why are we frequenting the site? Well simple, the guy makes a living from his blogs. Yes that’s right he’s a professional blogger, and his blog’s are his bread and butter. Why is that important to us, well frankly being able to create any additional income that is semi passive in any regard is exactly what I plan to accomplish.
I would link back to the article, but alas I am posting from my PDA a zillion miles away from mankind and as convinient as the PDA is there is simply just things that are way to much hassel to accomplish on it.
I was going to post this entry before I left on this lovely trip, in fact I was halfway with it when the power decided it’s also on strike thank goodness for WordPress & it’s autosave.

I thought this was really kewl, I remember watching this a couple of months ago and I was very impressed with how cool this works out. I love the way artists get creative and just have fun while creating art. Enjoy the watch and this is video of the day.
Ok so I thought about this, I decided that the kewlest hair pic I have is for sure the caricature i did of a photo. (The cartoon version anyway. So That’s all you get today, I don’t wanna release the photo (Since I don’t have the persons permission) But the caricature’s I will release both. (Besides who want to stare at my bed head hair anyway )
Well hats off to J.K Rowling for creating one of the most popular characters ever. The Harry Potter industry has grown huge and then giant, and it seems nothing can stop it. Well after many rumours about book 7’s title eg: Harry Potter and the Pyramids of Furmat, Harry Potter and the Green Flame Torch, Harry Potter and the Toenail of Ickilbogg, Harry Potter and the Pillar of Storge, and Harry Potter and the Mystic Kettle of Knackledirk. J K Rownling announced on her official website that Book 7 ( The Final Harry Potter Book ) will be called Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. But of course if your a fan you already knew that, or maybe not who knows.
The question now is, “Is this the end of Harry Potter?” well probably but I don’t think it will be in the multimedia section of the world. Let’s look at it, the last released Harry Potter game to be released was ” ” and I am pretty sure that raked in a hefty amount of revenue to our beloved J.K Rowling.
Ok so what am I saying?
Well simply put I am saying that there will be a equal number of games to the number of books, and there will be a equal number of movies to the books too. This means that even thought the release of the last book is July 21st, 2007. Harry Potter will still be around a lot longer. Why do I say this, well fan sites are going go crazy with the buzz of the last book, especially after release. After all this book must tie up any loose ends, reveal who is going to die… and of course leave the readers satisfied. (I shiver to think of the bad taste that Matrix revolutions left in my mouth) Forums are going to be buzzing, JK Rownlings e-mail box is going to be crazy!
Anyway so two more movies are going to still come, and even more games. The reason I say more games is thinking back to the release of “Harry Potter Quidditch World Cup” So fans of the famous Harry Potter series have a lot to look forward to in future. So even thought he end has come, it’s not even close…
Let’s face it, we all at some point have fallen into the trap of game addiction. I mean really with all these amazing ground breaking games that you can play online these days, it just a matter of time really.
I Found this little game on the net and have played it alot ever since, now I normally don’t play alot of games anymore, but pushing myself harder everytime to achieve a higher score is awesome, I am somewhere between 200 000 - 300 000 thousand on the over all high score list.
The game is quick and easy to learn, and I can’t stress this enough pretty entertaining, so let’s see them scores up on the board My highest ATM is like 6200 or something. Alias Afflict & www.streetcrew.net You have to play medium or high difficulty to get a high score ranking.
So today I write about a topic that pretty much ticks me off. Well let me fill you in what happened. A little while ago nurses started to strike because they refused to work until their demands of a 12% increase was realized, the government’s budget of 6% was not satisfactory. Well ok fine, I understand that everybody wants more money, and that being a nurse is not something I wish onto anybody. (But hey that’s me, I want to be rich and logically I will never become a nurse to become wealthy) This is where it ticks me off, becoming a nurse is all about helping people, not the pay check at the end of the day. In my opinion any nurse that went on this strike did not become a nurse because they wanted to help people, but rather just wanted a pay check at the end of the month.
Further comments on the news, were things like ” There is no report/evidence that any of the deaths are directly related to the strike” Well excuse me once again, if your in a hospital you probably need medical assistance, and if that assistance is dancing in the street outside I am pretty sure the patient requiring the medical assistance has probably killed over or gotten worse. I mean hello… that’s why they call it emergency health services.
Ok so back to the budget, if the government does give them 12% this year then next year they will request 12% or more, and let’s face it that’s never going happen. Imagine the riots & strikes well have then, enough enough and the government also acted upon this now. 2% of nurses were fired today, and if that’s not a wake up call to them I don’t know what will get through to them.
Yeah I know I might sound like a insensitive person right now, but how insensitive is leaving sick & ill people to die without any care?
